"Whatever they are trying to sell you, come up with a condition or situation that makes what they are selling completely useless to you. If they are selling phone service, tell them you have no one to talk too on the phone. If they are selling magazine subscriptions, tell them you can't read. Are they trying to sell you new windows? Tell them you are blind. Works every time."
